1. The range is for members only. You may bring a person with you, but only one time for free; after the first time, they must be a paid member.
2. There is absolutely no alcohol allowed on the property.
3. The covered rifle range is for 25 yards out to 200 yards. you can shoot 10 ,20 and 30 yards on the pistol range.
4. All actions are to be open on your firearms while people are down range checking or setting up their targets.
5. If you are asked to show your membership card, please do so. This is a Club rule. You must have your card with you to shoot. This is not a public rifle or archery range and we need to keep it as safe and clean as possible. Be courteous, and if someone asks, show your card.
6. The membership fee is for you and your family (children under 18). Each adult 18 and over must have a paid membership. The memberships run from January 1 to December 31.
7. Under no circumstances do you ever put a target on one of the trap houses or light poles! Anyone caught doing this will be ask to leave and will lose their privileges . They will also have to pay for the damages to the property.
8. No shooting before 8 AM. The rifle range is closed after 5 pm on Friday nights for the public trap shoot, and on the scheduled Sundays for the ATA trap shoot. Also look on the Chalk Board located at the rifle range shelter for any additional dates and hours.
9. After you finish shooting, PLEASE PICK UP YOUR BRASS.
10. You must supply your own targets . Do not staple your targets to the wooden post or cross members. This destroys the range
11. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TARGETS ON THE RANGE WHEN YOU LEAVE! If the trash cans are full empty them into the dumpster.
12. Please be sure to lock the gate AS YOU ENTER AND AS YOU LEAVE. If you need the combination, contact Charlie Compton 859-585-3300
13. A shooter under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian with them on the rifle range.
14. The archery range is set up for field points only, absolutely NO broadheads on the practice range or on the range set up in the woods! WE need this range to last.
15. Do not shoot at any targets in the general area of others while other archers are retrieving their arrows.
16. If you put your own targets on the practice range, then take them with you when you're finished.
17. If you lose an arrow, please try to find it. We have to clean around those targets.
18. Do not cross any fences while on the archery range; you could get a ticket for trespassing on private property.
19. Please be responsible: if you see someone causing damage to any of the ranges, report it to one of the board members as soon as possible.
20. If you have any questions or concerns, the Club has a membership meeting at the clubhouse on the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00pm. We strongly urge all members to attend at least some of the meetings during the year to voice what changes they would like to see at the ranges.
